Can I Return My Order?

Yes — returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it as long as the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions

  • The product is returned in its original condition, with all parts, components, and packaging intact.

  • The item shows only normal handling and is not damaged due to misuse or neglect.

  • For hygiene-related items, the product must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon delivery.

  • Ashmore London reserves the right to charge for return shipping.

  • We will process your return within 7 working days of receipt and will confirm if the return is accepted.

Please note: We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of use or damage not related to a product defect.


How Do I Return My Order?

If your item meets the return conditions, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at support@AshmoreLondon.com

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • Your Order Number

    • The reason for the return

    • A photo of the item (in case of damage)

    • Your full name and shipping address

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with the correct return address.

⚠️ Please do not send the package to the original sender’s address — we will provide the appropriate return location.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.


Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

As our systems are fully automated, orders are generally processed immediately after purchase. You may request to cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed.

  • After 4 hours or once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • We cannot stop a shipment once it has been dispatched.

  • In such cases, please wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a return under our return policy.

To Request a Cancellation:

Please contact support@AshmoreLondon.com with your order number and request. If the item has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel and refund the order.


Shipments in Transit

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers in Asia, so transit times may be longer than usual. If your order is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your package, you may return it to us according to our returns process.

To assist us in processing your return as quickly as possible, please send us your shipping confirmation once the item is in transit back to us.


Consequences of Withdrawal (Returns)

If you successfully withdraw from your purchase agreement:

  • We will refund all payments made, excluding original delivery charges, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and your formal withdrawal notice.

  • We will use the original payment method for the refund, unless a different method is specifically agreed upon.

  • You will not be charged for the refund itself.
